How you can help

We are building a list of members who are willing to have a longer, one-on-one conversation with us. These interviews may cover a range of different topics including our insurance products, customer service or digital services and will be conducted in-person or virtually.

How it works

1. Complete the form below to register your interest.
2. Once we receive your registration, we keep your name on our records for 2 years. This means you only need to register one time. All details collected here will be done in line with our Privacy Policy.
3. You'll receive an invitation to participate when a research opportunity arises.
4. We'll conduct the interview. You can choose in-person or remote, whatever is easiest for you.
5. In exchange for your time, you'll receive a prepaid eGift Card. The value will depend on the length of the interview which is typically 30 to 60 minutes.

There is no guarantee you'll be contacted once you're on the list, and if we do get in touch, it's entirely your choice whether to participate or not.
