These sites are chosen to support an established membership or anticipated membership growth. Other factors considered are hours of business and product range on offer. Health Partners extras members who attend a participating Pharmacy pay a reduced price for Private scripts and get 20% discount on all items available in store not already reduced by over 40%. Health Partners Participating Pharmacies are promoted on our website and via member communications, we will also notify members of the affiliation via our Member Care team.

If you would like your pharmacy to be considered for inclusion in the Health Partners Participating Pharmacy scheme please send an email to pharmacy@healthpartners.com.au. You should include the following detail:

Practice name and address

• Pharmacy name and address
• Ownership group details
• Approval number
• Hours of business
• Information regarding product ranges

Health Partners strategically affiliates with Physiotherapy practices across SA in both metropolitan and regional areas. These sites are chosen to support an established membership or anticipated growth. Other factors considered are hours of business and specialties provided.

Health Partners extras members who attend a participating physiotherapy clinic pay a lower out of pocket and have a higher limit. Health Partners Participating Physiotherapists agree to a set schedule of fees which is reviewed annually. In return Health Partners will promote the practice as a participating site on our website and via member communications as well as notify members of the affiliation via our Member Care team.

These databases allow us to confirm your qualifications, type of registration, if you are registered with an association, if your first aid and insurance is valid and the address you practice from.
