We understand that life circumstances change and these changes can impact on your financial situation. We’re here to help. See your support options below.
If you’re experiencing difficulty in paying your premiums, you may be eligible for a financial hardship suspension. A suspension is where you “freeze” or “pause” your policy and stop paying your premiums while you’re experiencing financial difficulties, up to a maximum period of 12 months. You can reactivate your membership at the end of your suspension period (or earlier) and resume cover without having to serve any additional waiting periods. If you enter a financial hardship suspension with any unserved waiting periods, these waiting periods will need to be served once the financial hardship suspension is finished.
We encourage you to contact us to discuss your options or apply for a suspension if you’re experiencing financial hardship.
