All members covered with Health Partners during the period 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010 will receive a Private Health Insurance Statement in the post by 15 July. This statement will assist you to prepare your tax return.
From 15 July members can also download their statement at Members Online. If you are the main member of your membership and have not yet registered with Members Online, simply return to the homepage and click on ‘Register’ (you will need your membership number to activate your account). Once registered you will be able to do other things such as update your contact details, generate a Claims History statement and view and reprint past statements.
