Health Partners has been a proud supporter of Tennis SA for over 15 years, sponsoring past events such as the Health Partners Open, among other initiatives. In 2008, we joined forces once again to bring you Health Partners City Tennis.
Health Partners City Tennis gives you the opportunity to get involved in either of the following two programs – both offered at the newly redeveloped Memorial Drive Courts.
Social Tennis Program
This event is a mixed doubles social competition held on Monday nights. Everyone is welcome - from beginners to the more advanced, from individuals to those entering a team. Either way, what a great way to boost your fitness!
Teams consist of two men and two women, with each player playing two matches. Matches commence at 6.30pm.
Dates for 2010:
- Season 1: 8 February – 5 April
- Season 2: 3 May – 28 June
- Season 3: 26 July – 13 September
- Season 4: 18 October – 6 December
Nominations close 2 weeks before competition starts.
Cost
Normal player fee is $10 per night. As a Health Partners member you save 20% – pay only $8 per night on presentation of your Health Partners membership card.

Tennis Workout
Tennis Workout is a fun group fitness activity carried out on a tennis court under the guidance of a tennis professional. Each session features drills to provide people of all abilities with an ultimate cardio workout. If you’re looking for an exciting new way to burn calories and get in shape, you must try Tennis Workout.
Session Details
Tennis Workout commences on Wednesday, 10 February, and will run every Wednesday night from 6.15pm until 7.45pm.
Cost
Casual rate is $15 per session
Or save with a 10 session pass for only $100.
